How hard do you think it would be to make an ogx app?

depends what you want;

an ogx app thats just an embed website wouldnt be hard at all; a featured app with built in functionality (its not just a forwarded site) would take alot longer, and I don't even know if its possible with whatever forum service this site is based on.

The site already appears to be mobile friendly. Not quite sure why there would need to be an app.

Unlikely to be worthwhile as anything more than an embed would need to be updated alongside the site anytime changes were made.
+ site design was made with mobile in mind and should be pretty easy to use as is, and will continue to be fine tuned.

i use the website exclusively on mobile and it works fine. not sure how worth it a mobile app would be. cool idea for sure though.

not only what @no said but also the fact that it would be very difficult too get verified on the app store i know that the google play store is fairly easy to get an app verified but when it comes too apple it would take months if not weeks just to get it verified.
