Current behavior:
These three notification options have descriptions that are not set:
- alert_opt_out.xfa_rs_reputation_give_new
- alert_opt_out.xfa_rs_reputation_give_update
- alert_opt_out.xfa_rs_reputation_reputation_delete

Expected behavior:
Self-explanatory.
